What happens on the discovery call?
I spend up to 45 minutes getting to grips with your business, the decision in front of you and your constraints. No charge, no obligation. If I can help, a written proposal built around your situation follows within a few working days.
Who provides the payment services?
Licensed banks, e-money and payment institutions. I arrange the introduction and support onboarding. I do not hold client funds or provide payment services myself, and I would not want to.
Is there a charge for an introduction?
Not to you. I may receive an introducer fee from the provider, and I disclose any such arrangement before the introduction.
Can you help if we have been declined elsewhere?
Often, yes. Tell me why you were turned down and I will give you an honest read on whether another provider is likely to say yes.
Do you give legal advice?
No. My work covers commercial, operational and regulatory readiness. I work alongside your lawyers, or bring in specialist counsel when you need it.
