Seen at work
I list firms I have worked with or watched deliver for people I know. Not firms I have only met at a conference.

Business still runs on who you know, who you trust and who does a good job. When a client needs help outside payments, from recruitment and marketing to business and event travel, I point them to a small number of firms I know personally and have seen deliver. The list is short on purpose.
A recommendation from me carries my name with it, so I apply the same test I would want applied to me.
I list firms I have worked with or watched deliver for people I know. Not firms I have only met at a conference.
Partners cover ground I do not: recruitment, marketing, travel and events, legal, technology. Your payments work stays with me, and theirs stays with them.
No one pays to appear on this page and I do not pay partners for referrals. If that ever changes for a partner, I will say so here.
Independent firms I am happy to introduce you to when the need is right.
Payments Recruitment works only in payments, e-commerce and fintech. It runs permanent, interim, contingency and retained searches across the value chain, from card issuing and acquiring to open banking, fraud and risk, and crypto.
Choosing the right provider is only half the job. A new card programme, licence or market entry needs people who have done it before, and the pool of experienced payments professionals is small. Payments Recruitment knows that pool and the people in it.
You need a compliance lead, MLRO, product or commercial hire for a new programme or licence, an interim to cover a gap, or a senior search you want handled discreetly.
Starbridge helps brands and agencies reach and reposition with their audiences, across music, events, sport, gaming, fashion, social impact, government and business. Its work spans campaigns, launches and experiential activations.
Starbridge works on the audience side; I work on the payments side. Brands, platforms and event businesses going to market often need both at once: the launch, and the accounts, cards and collections behind it.
You have a launch, campaign or market entry coming up, particularly with younger or entertainment audiences, and you want a team that knows how to break through the noise.
Keeva Travel runs business travel end to end: flights, hotels, rail, car hire and airport transfers, plus group travel and venue sourcing for corporate events. Clients get a named travel manager, traveller profiles, flexible contracts with no minimum spend, and 24/7 support when plans go wrong.
Payments is a travelling industry. Client visits, partner due diligence and the conference circuit keep teams on the road, and for a growing business the cost and admin add up fast. Keeva takes that off your plate so your people can focus on the meetings.
You are taking a team to an industry event, running a roadshow or client event, or want one accountable contact for your company travel instead of everyone booking their own.
I add firms slowly and only after working with them. If you need a specialist not listed here, ask: I may still know the right person.
Partners are independent businesses. They set their own terms, pricing and service levels with you directly and are responsible for the services they provide. A listing here is a personal recommendation, not a guarantee, and does not mean a partner carries out any regulated activity on my behalf. 7 Seas Consultants' own regulatory status is set out on the Company page.
If your firm complements payments work and you think our clients overlap, I am happy to talk.
Senior people who do the work themselves, a client base that overlaps with fintechs, platforms, merchants or investors, and a habit of telling clients the truth. Start with a short note on what you do and who you do it for.
Tell me the problem. If it is payments, I will help. If it is not, I will point you to someone who can.
