What 7 Seas is, and is not
7 Seas Consultants is an advisory practice. It is not a bank, payment institution or e-money institution, it holds no client funds, and it carries out no regulated activity. Any payment service is provided by the licensed institution I introduce you to, under their own terms and checks.

The content on this site is general information about payments and my services. It is not financial, legal or regulatory advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. Take your own professional advice before acting on anything here.
Introductions
An introduction to a provider is not a guarantee that they will accept you, and it is not a recommendation of their regulated services. You contract directly with the provider for any service they supply, and their terms govern that relationship.
Independence and disclosure
I recommend the provider I believe fits your business, not the one that pays the most. A provider may pay me an introducer fee, and I may hold a commercial role with a provider. Where either applies, I disclose it to you before an introduction is made.
Your engagement is separate
Any consultancy work is governed by a separate written scope and contract agreed with you. Where that engagement contract and these website terms differ, the engagement contract prevails for that work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site are owned by 7 Seas Consultants Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own use, but please do not copy or reuse them elsewhere without my permission.
